Subsystem Lead Tower - Nordex Finland Oy - Madrid, Spain

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Subsytem Lead Tower. In this role within you will perform the following tasks: YOUR TASKS: - Support of the System lead for Towers - Collaborate closely with the System Lead Tower and the Sub-System Lead for the AMR Tower - Prepare system status, challenges, and issues for relevant review rounds - Maintain deep technical knowledge of tower components - Collaborate with design team members to define and refine technical solutions and system architecture - Ensure consistent standards are applied across steel and concrete/hybrid towers - Creation or release of documents related to the System (e.g. System Support document, Product validation plans etc.) - Act as the Tower representative in all major tower meetings, covering both steel and hybrid towers when requested by System lead - Responsibility for management of the System in Teamcenter YOUR PROFILE: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering (diploma, master's degree) - Experience in the development of steel, concrete and hybrid towers as well as their anchor cages, foundations and dampers for wind turbines. Experience in the application of relevant standards. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role - Advanced English level (C1-C2). Spanish and/or German are a plus - Availability to travel
