Job Description

The Vice President is responsible for the direct execution of North American sales in a regional market. The purpose of the position includes providing leadership to the sales team and coordination of the company sales function; developing and implementing sales strategy; and monitoring and analyzing sales activity against goals. Key responsibilities include directing sales efforts, developing sales methodology, collaborating with marketing, providing forecasts, managing pipelines, analyzing sales effectiveness, developing budgets, engaging with key clients, prospecting new business, staffing and training the sales team, representing the company, supervising sales materials, promoting relations with partners, and establishing departmental goals. The role offers a salary range of $200,000 - $225,000 plus 100% variable, with benefits including flexible paid time off, health insurance, 401K, tuition assistance, and community involvement. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, MBA preferred, 10+ years in complex software/IT sales, proven C-level sales success, previous P&L responsibility, and leadership experience.
