Our client is a cozy and well-established restaurant located in the vibrant Kallio district of Helsinki. The restaurant is known for its authentic flavors, high-quality food, relaxed atmosphere, and welcoming customer experience. They are now looking for a la carte waiters/waitresses to join their team! We are looking for waiters/waitresses with a customer-oriented attitude to work in a cozy and popular restaurant in Kallio, Helsinki, for a fixed-term employment. In this role, you play a key part in creating a memorable dining experience for guests supported by a skilled and energetic team. What we expect from you: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in à la carte restaurants Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle busy service periods efficiently Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu understanding Experience with POS systems and order handling Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Finnish language skills are an advantage.
