You will build a Finance & Compliance function that helps the company scale with transparency and control. You’ll work with Finance, Legal and Compliance, and participate in launching new jurisdictions and developing financial processes. Your direct manager will be Halyna Stadnytska, Head of Finance. You’ll have the chance to work with blockchain-like AI toolsets and collaborate across teams. What you’ll face includes building deep expertise in Finance & Compliance, taking ownership of key processes from daily operations to automation, standardization and scaling, and ensuring financial data accuracy and governance. Requirements: 3–5 years experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis or related field; Excel proficiency; Bachelor or Master in economics/finance/business; English Upper-Intermediate or higher; ownership mindset; attention to detail; strong stakeholder communication; alignment with OBRIO values; interest in AI tools.
