Cashier Supervisor at IKEA - Ikea Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for an inspiring and responsible Cashier Supervisor to ensure that the last stop at our store is as pleasant as the first. If you enjoy customer service, leading a team, and solving problems in a busy environment, you might be the right person for us. You will take responsibility for daily cashier routines, ensure smooth operations, and lead by example to deliver excellent customer service. Your role involves participating in daily cashier work, resolving challenges proactively, collaborating with team members, and continuously improving processes. Working hours are mainly from 8:00 to 21:00. The position is part-time, 15 hours per week, and fixed-term until March 30, 2027, starting June 8, 2026. The salary is based on the Retail Sector Collective Agreement, between €10.89 and €14.57 per hour, plus a 5% responsibility bonus.
