The Gymnastics Club Helsinki is looking for a cheerleading coach for an adult recreational competition team at Cosmoks! Do you have a background in cheerleading and want to motivate and inspire adults in learning? Are you also interested in developing cheerleading activities at the club level? Join us as a coach! We offer opportunities to grow, develop, and learn through practical work tasks. You will have responsibilities and team support in your work. The recreational competition team Cosmos trains twice a week and will participate in an international competition chosen by the team during spring 2027. Cosmos competes in level 6-7 coed categories. We provide opportunities to grow, develop, and learn through hands-on tasks. You will be responsible for planning and implementing cheerleading recreational fitness classes for adults as well as sports events. You can enhance your skills through various additional training. The coaching position suits you if you have a diverse sports background, the ability to guide adults in a group, experience and technical skills in cheerleading. Additionally, you should not fear responsibility, enjoy customer service, and be comfortable with evening work. We expect you to have practical skills in guiding group activities in sports, courage, initiative, and a positive attitude towards work. Willingness to commit to community activities, good teamwork skills, and a positive attitude are essential, along with relevant sports experience such as level 6 stunts and/or pyramids during your sports or coaching career. The position is part-time and paid hourly.
