Responsibilities include writing scalable Golang code, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, participating in discussions, monitoring, developing secure applications, and working with backend fintech problems. Requirements include 2-3 years of Golang experience, familiarity with queues like Kafka/NSQ/NATS/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MySQL, software engineering best practices, Scrum, observability tools, and proficiency in English and Russian.
