Platform Engineer Manager - Signify Technology - Remote - Global

As a Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead a small, collaborative team of talented engineers building the backbone that connects advanced AI capabilities to real-world marketing activation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive meaningful transformation while working closely with product and cross-functional partners in a supportive environment that values ownership and innovation. Key responsibilities include leading the evolution of the platform toward AI-native capabilities, assessing architecture, reducing technical debt, delivering improvements in performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, owning reliability and integrations, mentoring the team, and partnering on roadmap delivery and incident response. The role requires 7+ years of experience building production software, 5+ years managing engineering teams, deep expertise in scaling SaaS platforms, experience with frontend, API design, observability, and enthusiasm for AI/ML tools. The role is remote, with a salary of GBP currency, and is a full-time position.
