Our roots extend deep into the Jurva woodworking tradition. Junet has been supplying furniture to various sites since the early 1990s, and our expertise has been refined over the years. We furnish public spaces as a turnkey service, using locally produced furniture in Finland. Our physical office is located in Jurva, South Ostrobothnia, near the factories where our furniture is manufactured. We are now seeking a sales assistant for Junet Oy for a long-term employment in Jurva! As a sales assistant, you will play an important supporting role in Junet Oy’s sales team and help ensure an excellent customer experience. You will handle daily operations and support three project salespeople in various sales support tasks, maintaining oversight of the overall process. Your key responsibilities will include order processing and coordination of deliveries, assisting with projects, customer service, collaboration with various stakeholders, and other sales support tasks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills and expand your expertise in areas such as sales, export, or administration. The specific duties will be tailored based on the selected candidate’s skills and interests. We expect from you: - Excellent system skills (Office programs) and a willingness to learn new systems. Knowledge of CAD and image editing software is considered an advantage. - Self-motivated, careful, and responsible work attitude - Systematic approach and good organizational and time management skills - Resilience under pressure and project management skills - Good communication skills in Finnish and English; fluent Swedish is an advantage We value previous experience in similar roles and a desire to learn and develop.
