Welcome to join our child protection outpatient team in the Western region! We are seeking a social worker for a permanent position. The working area covers the Western service region (Kemi, Keminmaa, Tornio, Ylitornio, Tervola, Simo). The duties of a social worker include tasks in accordance with child protection law, as well as planned child protection social work in collaboration with clients, families, relatives, and a multidisciplinary network. The child protection team includes social workers, family counselors, and a lead social worker. We implement a systemic working approach. Additionally, the role involves participation in on-call duty outside office hours on weekdays from 4 pm to 8 pm, with social emergency services centralized in Rovaniemi.
