Job Description

Join our team! Porin YH-Asunnot Oy is looking for a full-time employee who enjoys office work, customer interaction, and managing administrative tasks related to rental apartments. The role involves being a key part of our customer service team, handling administrative duties such as rental and marketing of apartments, processing lease agreements and documents, customer service and advice, rent and payment monitoring, reporting, and other office administrative tasks. We expect suitable education (e.g., merchant, bachelor of business administration or similar), initiative, independence, accuracy, responsibility, good IT skills, willingness to learn new systems, fluent written and spoken communication skills including English, service-mindedness, and teamwork. Previous experience in real estate or financial administration is a plus but not required.
