CNC Machine Operator

Wellpack is seeking a CNC machine operator in Karkkila for demanding machining, assembly and production tasks for industrial needs. You will be responsible for setting CNC machines, machining parts, and ensuring production quality. Duties include reading technical drawings, using handheld measuring instruments, loading jobs into the machine, and adjusting runs and optimizing production. Production uses modern vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and other modern manufacturing equipment. The work offers varied turning and milling tasks and the opportunity to develop skills in a versatile production environment. Work is in two shifts from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Start date is immediate according to the agreement. We expect: previous CNC machining experience; ability to read technical drawings; experience with handheld measuring instruments; ability to perform necessary adjustments independently during production; meticulous and responsible work approach; Finnish or English language skills; driving license. Nice-to-have: metal industry training; experience with CNC centers.
