Job Description
The position is located in the criminal investigation sector of the Lapland Police Department, in a regional unit within the foreign investigation team. The team includes personnel working at the Rovaniemi main police station as well as at the Kemi police station. The duties include tasks assigned to foreign investigations. The main responsibilities are conducting procedures related to the reception of asylum seekers and asylum process investigations, combating illegal entry and foreign surveillance, executing measures related to deportations and expulsions, and investigating entry and residence in the country.
