Job Description

We are looking for a Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer focusing on valve technology to join our global FACTS (NPI) team. The position will be based in Tampere, Finland. The role involves technical leadership in semiconductor valve technology, ensuring high product quality, and collaborating with R&D, system design, tendering, and other stakeholders. The engineer will focus on STATCOM Voltage Sourced Converter (VSC) technology, define validation and testing strategies, lead high voltage tests, and support product development and future technologies. The position offers the chance to become an expert in power electronics semiconductor valve technology and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.
