Job Description
We are currently hiring a rent supervisor for our customer service and communications department for a permanent position. The rent supervisor is responsible for monitoring rent and customer invoicing, as well as debt collection, both voluntary and legal. Tasks include customer service related to rent payments and invoicing, as well as drafting and monitoring payment agreements. Additionally, the rent supervisor maintains the rent ledger and collaborates closely with customers, other stakeholders, and authorities. We require the candidate to have suitable, preferably commercial education, good IT skills, excellent written and spoken Finnish, and good written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage. You should have an excellent customer service attitude and interaction skills, be cooperative and responsible, and eager to learn. Knowledge or experience in real estate, debt collection, or financial administration is an advantage. As a rent supervisor, you play an important role in ensuring the continuity of housing and preventing debt accumulation – your work directly impacts people's lives. Salary and other employment terms are determined according to the General Collective Agreement for the Business Sector of the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK). The minimum base salary for a starting employee in this position is €2,680.00/month. Experience pay is also provided if the employee has at least 5 years of relevant work experience, amounting to 5% per 5 years of experience and 10% per 10 years.
