The duties of the physical education teacher at the workers' institute include teaching, guiding, and developing activities related to physical education. The primary focus areas are senior fitness and peer guidance activities. The teacher plans lessons within their area of responsibility, supervises part-time teachers, participates in the pedagogical development of the entire institute, curriculum work, and assessment of teaching. The role also involves planning, managing, developing, and marketing courses, as well as teaching. Collaboration with clients and other stakeholders, booking facilities, and planning and implementing swimming lessons are also part of the job.
