Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a Client Renewal Specialist to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the Tier-2 Enterprise segment. The role involves managing renewal processes, engaging with customers to support retention and renewal success, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with Client Directors, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure high renewal rates, proactive customer engagement, and operational discipline. Key responsibilities include renewal execution, customer interactions, opportunity identification, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B SaaS, digital HR solutions, or enterprise account management, with proven renewal and growth experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
