Job Description
Vianor is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in southern Sweden, including Halland, Skåne, Blekinge, southeastern Småland, and Öland. The role involves driving sales of workshop services, tire and tire service, fleet agreements, and wholesale sales, as well as developing partnership collaborations. The manager will build strong customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and work cross-functionally within the organization. The position requires extensive travel, mostly day trips, and a focus on sustainable mobility solutions that offer long-term value for customers and the environment. The candidate should be goal-oriented, self-driven, and a skilled relationship builder with experience in B2B sales, strategic thinking, and budget responsibility. Fluency in Swedish and English, a valid B driver's license, and post-secondary education in sales or marketing are required.
