Esperi Hoivakoti Pakari as an on-call workplace At Hoivakoti Pakari, we provide 24-hour assisted living for 48 elderly people in Punkalaituma, close to services. Our nursing home has two group homes: Kaisankoti and Hilma and Matti homes. Our everyday life is based on a rehabilitative and participatory approach – residents are encouraged to do chores, hobby activities, togetherness and autonomy. Our team works with heart and supports each other in everyday situations. We consider both residents and employees individually so that everyone gets activities corresponding to their own interests. Practical nurse's work with us at Pakari As a nurse, you create a safe, meaningful and valuable everyday life for our residents with your presence. Your work includes, among other things, basic care, outdoor activities with our residents, supporting functional capacity, monitoring our residents' well-being and various nursing procedures. In addition, you participate in everyday arrangements and activity activities together with the rest of the team. We orient on-call workers to our unit and our working practices so that it is nice to come to the shift and you know what is expected of you. You can trust that you can always ask your colleagues for help! Employment details We are looking for practical nurses for flexible on-call work. We hope that you can start with us in on-call work as soon as possible! On-call work is based on a framework agreement that does not obligate you to a certain number of hours. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for the practical nurse's position is 14.82-16.03 €/h depending on experience increments (salary class G20C). On-call workers are paid an hourly wage and the salary is paid twice a month. Possible shift-specific bonuses are added to the basic salary. We hope for: - practical nurse's degree - valid medication permits, hygiene passport and vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act - fluent Finnish language skills to communicate with our residents and colleagues Previous experience in similar tasks is considered an advantage.
