Sales Assistant (8–20 hours/week) – We are looking for an active sales assistant for our Tampere store. In this role, the focus is not on standing behind the cash register but on customer interaction. As a sales assistant, you will be actively present in the store, listen to customer needs, and help them find solutions suitable for their home. As a sales assistant, you are an important part of the daily life in the Tampere store. Your day will consist of diverse tasks where customer service and active sales are central. Your tasks include, for example: - Active customer service and goal-oriented sales - Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products - Displaying and pricing products - Maintaining the store’s cleanliness and inviting appearance - Picking and packing online orders - Receiving and shelving goods The working hours are approximately 8–20 hours per week, and the number of hours may increase according to business needs.
