Early Childhood Education Childcare Worker - Naantalin kaupunki - Naantali, Finland

We have a fixed-term position for an Early Childhood Education Childcare Worker in Naantali, from August 3, 2026, to May 31, 2027. In early childhood special education, the childcare worker implements intensified and special education, teaching, and care for children in a group according to an agreed plan. The childcare worker participates as a team member in cooperation with children's guardians, early childhood education teachers, and other experts. The task of the early childhood special education childcare worker is to ensure children have opportunities for balanced growth, development, support, and equal learning opportunities. The childcare worker is a team member, but the role is not included in the group’s staffing ratio. The primary placement is at Soinisten Daycare. Qualifications required for the position are in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018). We also consider applicants who are in training for the profession. Employment terms are governed by the Municipal General Collective Agreement (KVTES). The salary based on Naantali early childhood education pay scale is €2590.88 per month. Additionally, a personal bonus is available, determined by professional competence and work performance. A three-month probation period applies to the position.
