Sales Director - Helmitehdas Oy - Remote - Global

Innohome Oy, founded in 2005, is a Finnish pioneer in home safety technology. The company designs and manufactures smart, preventive fire safety devices that respond to hazards before a fire starts, including stove and electrical shutdowns. They also produce charging stations for electric cars, with over 90% of revenue from exports. Their fire safety devices are installed in over half a million locations worldwide. The Sales Director will expand the global distribution network, manage sales KPIs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, R&D, and production teams. The role requires technical and commercial understanding, with travel readiness. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with global partners, driving sales growth, monitoring performance, negotiating agreements, supporting product launches, and reporting to management. The ideal candidate has a higher university degree in business or engineering, experience managing distributors or channel partners, technical product understanding, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and experience in multicultural and international environments. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
