Job Description

We are looking for a builder of smooth everyday life for our clients who are deaf, deafblind, and others needing support in communication. INSTRUCTOR for a fixed-term employment. The work is full-time and performed in two shifts. Job rotation among Metsola's different teams is also part of the work. The instructor's work involves versatile assistance, guidance, and support tailored to each client's individual needs. The work includes basic care, household tasks, client interactions, documentation, and medication management. The instructor's duties also include communication with relatives and other stakeholders. WE EXPECT FROM YOU * A qualification as a practical nurse or a vocational qualification in social services * Registration with the Finnish National Registry of Health Care Professionals (Suosikki or Terhikki) and a professional license * Experience in caregiving tasks * Medication management training and skills * Written proficiency in Finnish * Sign language skills or enthusiasm to learn it – sign language skills are considered an advantage * Presentation of a criminal record extract before signing the employment contract Please submit an informal application no later than 28.7.2026.
