Junior InfoSec Analyst (Entry-Level) - Acolad Finland Oy - Remote - Global

The Information Security Analyst acts as a business-facing security and compliance partner, supporting Acolad’s operations in all matters related to information security, data privacy, and risk management. This role bridges the gap between technical security teams, business stakeholders, and clients. Key Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for security topics, supporting assessments and audits, developing policies, managing risks, supporting business continuity and disaster recovery plans, monitoring security metrics, supporting awareness initiatives, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. Requirements include a degree in Information Security, IT, Risk Management or similar, up to 3 years of experience, knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, understanding of business processes and risk, and fluency in English.
