Tilitehdas is growing, and we are looking for a new accountant to join us as soon as the right candidate is found. For us, an accountant is not just a background figure but a partner to the client. A financial interpreter who helps entrepreneurs understand numbers and make better decisions. You will work as part of a team of 12 financial management professionals, where expertise, collaboration, and genuine customer work are valued. The work can be done fully remotely or from our office in Otaniemi, Espoo. What is Tilitehdas? We serve hundreds of companies from various industries, combining strong expertise, modern tools, and personal service. We believe that good accounting is the foundation of a company, but its value comes from how it is utilized. The role of an accountant with us is twofold. Naturally, it includes handling receipts and routine financial tasks, but equally important is the ability to act as a partner to the client, interpret numbers, and help entrepreneurs make better decisions. At Tilitehdas, an accountant does not stay in the background. You are part of the client’s daily life, discussions, and growth.
