Job Description
Vantaa and Kerava welfare area is opening a new 32-place care unit in Kivistö, starting gradually in June 2026 and fully in 2027 at Tikkurila Elderly Center. The center will have 146 resident places. We are looking for a cheerful, skilled, and energetic supervisor for a permanent position. The role involves leading and developing operations from customer work, staff activities, and financial management, ensuring quality services, and participating in meetings and collaborations. Experience in elderly care, good communication skills, organizational ability, and a brave, inspiring leadership style are essential. Knowledge of Apotti and RAI is a plus. The position offers an opportunity to lead a unit towards new goals and develop professional skills. The employment starts on 1 June 2026 or as agreed, with a full-time civil servant contract. The salary is 3875.10 EUR/month plus experience-based bonuses. The role requires a suitable social and health care college degree and leadership skills. The application deadline is 20 May 2026.
