We are seeking an assistant through the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County for a permanent position for an elderly woman in Jyväskylä, Halssila. The employer has mobility challenges. The work includes occasional assistance with transfers. The work is offered variably from 0 to 6 hours per week on weekdays and 0 to 30 hours per month in leisure time. Shifts are planned flexibly within the employment. Tasks include household chores as well as assistance with errands and leisure activities. Salary: Heta Collective Agreement A €12.89/hour + possible experience bonuses. Due to the nature of the work, primarily a female assistant is sought. The assistant must have fluent Finnish language skills. The work begins in August. Employment relationships are always private. The person selected for the employment will be employed by the person being assisted. The selected applicant will be notified personally about the interview/employment. The employer has the right to request a criminal record extract from the employee working with elderly and disabled persons once the employment begins (Act on Social and Health Care Supervision 741/2023, Section 28).
