Anfra is hiring site managers for our Swedish construction sites. We are a growing company specializing in concrete and infrastructure projects. The role involves leading construction teams, managing schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting. The position is full-time, permanent, with an initial start during summer. The employer covers accommodation and allowances. Requirements include at least five years of construction experience, strong leadership skills, and relevant certifications such as FISE or Class 1 (Sweden). Good IT skills and fluency in Finnish and English are essential, Swedish is a plus.
