Would you like to work on diverse machine and equipment design projects as part of a collaborative team? Do you possibly have experience in transportation design? We are now seeking a solution-oriented mechanical designer to join our team at the Lahti office. Reminet Oy is an industrial design company offering services to various industries. We act as a partner to our clients in product development, equipment design, modification design, and production development projects. In this role, you will participate in various mechanical design projects for clients across different industries. Projects may involve machines, production equipment, layout solutions, or conveyor systems. The work is primarily on-site at our Lahti office or at our clients' premises in the nearby area. Remote work days are arranged flexibly according to project needs. The job may also include occasional travel within Finland to client sites. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in mechanical design, a suitable technical education (engineer / DI), good command of 3D CAD design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, Vertex, etc.), knowledge of drawings and manufacturing techniques, the ability to work independently and as part of a project team, and fluent Finnish language skills. Experience in transportation design is considered an advantage.
