Job Description
The early childhood education department of the City of Kotka is recruiting two fixed-term positions for early childhood education teachers from August 10, 2026, to June 6, 2027. The positions are at Haukkavuori School and Hovinsaaren School. The department serves approximately 1,570 children, including preschool. Kotka promotes a pedagogical approach based on attentive care, small group pedagogy, and an inclusive culture. The pedagogical focus is on warm, respectful interaction between children and educators.
