Job Description
We are looking for a financial administration specialist for our client company Rakennusliike Oino (OINO) to work in an office in Helsinki. In this role, you will take responsibility for the company's daily financial management and work in an important role as part of the construction company's daily operations. Your tasks will include a variety of payroll, accounts payable and receivable management, invoicing, and other administrative background tasks for the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to understand the big picture, and capable of working independently. We hope you have previous experience in diverse financial management tasks and a precise and reliable work approach. The construction industry environment is often fast-paced, so good organizational skills and initiative are a big plus. Experience with Admicom Ultima and Ecom enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage, but the most important thing is strong financial management skills and an active attitude towards learning new things. Salary will be based on your experience and skills according to the industry collective agreement. The work can start as soon as possible, even immediately depending on your situation.
