We are looking for a nurse for the Mobile Hospital (LiiS) of the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing area for a permanent employment relationship starting 03.08.2026 or by agreement. LiiS's operating hours are currently 7:30-22 and we work seven days a week. The work is focused on evenings and weekends. In this job, experience in acute care, examining emergency patients, and assessing the need for care will be an advantage. Experience with home hospitals is also considered an advantage. The work is sometimes very independent, which is why we value strong independent working ability, the ability to resolve matters, and the skill to assess the need for care over the phone. You tolerate varying situations well, have strong clinical nursing expertise, guidance skills, initiative, and are capable of self-management. Your interaction skills are good. We hope your approach to work is active, that you have collegiality and organizational skills, a good attitude, and that you can organize your work. You must have at least a Class B driver's license. The Mobile Hospital office is located at Peijas Hospital. Valid medication treatment permits are considered an advantage, and we also hope you have previous experience in implementing i.v. medication treatments. As a nurse at LiiS, your duties include assessing the need for care related to acute situations, examinations supporting diagnostics, as well as starting immediate treatment and arranging follow-up care. The nurse's work at LiiS is versatile and independent. The job requires good organizational and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and good cooperation skills. The Mobile Hospital is a unit that provides support, assessment, and nursing help for emergency situations of special housing and home care clients, which is why work at LiiS is of an emergency nature. The purpose of LiiS's operation is to bring help for acute changes in condition to the client and thus avoid often heavy and unnecessary emergency visits. Why Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing area? Position-specific salary: 3280 eur/month, plus a possible addition based on previous work experience.
