Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Normal store on a fixed-term contract until the end of January 2027! As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in creating a unique shopping and customer experience for our customers. You will work as a team with the Store Manager, motivating and developing employees in an open and cheerful environment. Together, you ensure that the store operates efficiently and meets sales targets. Your passions include the store's visual appearance and team leadership. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the role alongside top professionals, with the goal of providing you with a strong start for professional and personal growth and development.
