As Business Development Senior Director, you will play a key role in accelerating Kantar's commercial growth across Belgium. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities, developing senior client relationships and expanding Kantar's presence across target markets and industries. Working closely with regional leadership, client teams and solution experts, you will help organisations solve their most important business challenges through Kantar's industry-leading data, analytics and consulting capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives on building relationships, creating growth opportunities and delivering measurable business impact. What you'll be doing Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with Kantar Belgium's growth ambitions (local & international) Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across priority sectors and client accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, solution selling and consultative engagement. Work collaboratively with client leadership and specialist teams to develop compelling commercial proposals. Lead strategic sales conversations and negotiate commercial agreements. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitive activity. Manage and report on pipeline activity, forecasting and commercial performance metrics. Represent Kantar at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities. Champion collaboration and knowledge sharing across the wider commercial organisation.
