Construction Engineer or Civil Engineer for Supervision Tasks - Nordrec Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are seeking a construction engineer or civil engineer for supervision tasks for our client company in the Southern Finland area. The job is suitable for an experienced professional with strong expertise in supervising earthworks and concrete sites. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising earthworks and concrete works at various sites in Southern Finland. The work includes monitoring the quality, schedules, safety, and adherence to plans, as well as reporting and other documentation. Construction sites are located across Southern Finland. On average, about three days a week are spent on-site at different locations, and approximately two days a week can be spent working remotely from home, for example, on reporting and administrative tasks. Overnight stays are infrequent, but you should be prepared for occasional hotel stays. You should have relevant education, such as a degree in construction engineering or civil engineering. Additionally, several years of experience in site supervision, especially at earthworks and concrete sites, are required. We value an independent and responsible work approach, good collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to move flexibly between different sites. A valid driver’s license is required.
