Job Description
Our client is a global medical technology company, part of an international healthcare holding. As part of an ambitious commercial transformation, the business is evolving from a product-focused organisation to a customer-centric, solution-led model, creating an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape its future growth. We are looking for a VP Commercial who will be responsible for the Americas region. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for the commercial business across the region. The successful candidate will lead the commercial transformation, double the Americas business (now approximately $50m), strengthen strategic customer and distributor partnerships, support the development of commercial excellence, and develop a high-performing regional organisation.

- Commercial excellence and business growth mindset
- Proven commercial transformation and change leadership
- Track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Experience working within a global matrix organisation
- Strategic, hands-on and collaborative leadership style
- Strong team and stakeholder management, and executive presence
- Global mindset with excellent cross-cultural communication
- Fluent English is a must; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage
