Job Description

Responsible for independently managing the construction phase of city building projects and organizing supervision. The role may also include tasks during the design phase. The specific duties depend on the project model and the individual's expertise. The scope includes new constructions, renovations, and extensions. Projects are carried out directly for city ownership, city-owned companies, or as lease projects. Various procurement and contracting methods are used, from traditional contracts to PJU and PPP models. The facilities include mainly schools, daycares, sports facilities, and other city-maintained buildings.
