This emphasizes initiative and the ability to work independently based on drawings. Additionally valued skills: - Mangle operation skills - Bending skills - Diverse experience in the metal industry - Welding skills In sheet metal work, the most important aspect is not top-level welding skill but quality pre-fabrication and assembly.
