Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Location: TechM Hyd Infocity U12 Years of Experience: 10+ years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with over 10 years of experience in major global technology organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial accounting, controlling, and asset accounting, with proven expertise in SAP configuration and integration. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing finance and the ability to deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and support SAP FICO solutions in alignment with business requirements. - Document and test reports, interfaces, enhancements, and other technical developments. - Manage integration points with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, and PS. - Oversee product costing, product cost planning, and cost object controlling. - Participate in end to end implementation project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business operating models and processes. - Provide technical analysis and support for SAP solutions, ensuring high quality service management. - Plan and deliver work according to detailed project plans, reporting metrics and resolving impediments as necessary. Mandatory Skills - SAP Certified professional with expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a major global tech organization. - Proven experience in SAP configuration and integration with other modules. - Demonstrated experience in successful FI/CO rollouts and implementations. - Strong relationship management and Effective Communication skills. - Deep content knowledge of financial processes and business operating models. - Experience in at least 3 end to end market/site implementation project lifecycles. Preferred Skills - Agile Software Development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE). - Practical experience in global design and SAP solutions within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. - Experience as a Technical Analyst. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on financial accounting and controlling. - Expertise in SAP configuration with relevant certifications. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
