Security System Specialist (2 positions) - Loihde Oyj - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and proactive security system specialist in Helsinki Pitäjänmäki. In this role, you will work independently on comprehensive security system installation, maintenance, and upkeep tasks at various customer sites around the Helsinki metropolitan area. You can focus either on versatile maintenance and upkeep tasks or on project commissioning tasks in a responsible lead role as part of an installation team. We value strong practical experience with security systems and a desire to develop further as an expert. The role is part of Loihde's Security Solutions business unit (SeSo). You will work as part of a team of about 40 security professionals. Your daily work involves technical tasks at customer sites, collaboration with colleagues, and ensuring system functionality and quality. The business unit SeSo employs over 400 experts across Finland. We secure our clients' people and premises and help ensure business continuity. By combining our services with Loihde's extensive expertise in data, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital services, we create stronger security and better user experiences. We are Finland's largest provider of electronic security systems, and security is a multi-layered part of our growth and development. Your tasks will include: installation, maintenance, and upkeep of security systems at customer sites; programming and commissioning of access control, video, and intruder alarm systems; working independently at customer sites in Helsinki; project commissioning and installation tasks as a lead when needed; collaborating with the team and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality results. We expect you to be an experienced professional with strong technical skills in security systems and the ability to work responsibly and independently. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in installation, programming, and commissioning of commonly used security systems (access control, video surveillance, intruder alarms); a valid driver's license; a security guard card; a clean background check. Technical basic education (e.g., electrical or telecommunications) is an advantage. The position is based in Helsinki Pitäjänmäki and customer sites around the Helsinki metropolitan area.
