Join us in doing meaningful work! We are currently hiring caretakers for our clients in Turku and nearby municipalities. The work is part-time and suitable for various life situations. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, and you can influence your working hours and days. The job involves acting as a home cleaner for elderly people, ensuring their homes are tidy and clean reliably and responsibly. You will enjoy seeing the results of your work in a clean and fresh home where the elderly can live comfortably. Attention to detail and quality work are important, and you are careful and precise. You get along well with elderly people, as you work in homes where the client is usually present. You are more than just a home cleaner – you are a part of their daily life and a source of safety. We offer a competitive salary of 14€/h, a calm and meaningful job, the opportunity to influence your working hours, and comprehensive orientation and support from supervisors. We require experience and skills in home cleaning, the ability and desire to do thorough cleaning, social skills, a positive attitude, and fluent Finnish. A background in cleaning or home care is an advantage. We expect long-term commitment to ensure the best service for our clients and the ability to commit to regular weekly shifts, with flexibility in scheduling.
