Excavator Operator - Link Henkilöstöpalvelut

Link Henkilöstöpalvelut is recruiting several excavator operators for an industrial project starting in September 2026 in Uusimaa. This is a significant industrial project involving dozens of professionals in various machine operation and material handling tasks. The recruitment is direct hire for the client. The tasks depend on your experience and skills. The equipment used includes wheel loaders (Volvo L40, L50, and L60). The work involves transferring materials, loading, unloading, and other logistics and support functions on the industrial site. Work starts on 1.9.2026. It is project-based work with transportation arranged for the duration of the project. Work hours are scheduled according to project needs: 12-hour shifts or 10-hour workdays, with shift arrangements to be agreed upon closer to start. Candidates should have experience in operating excavators, forklifts, or reach trucks, a valid safety card, a safe and responsible work attitude, and the ability to work in an industrial environment. Own car is not required. Applicants should have safety shoes and a safety helmet. Before starting, selected candidates must complete client-mandated orientation and access procedures.
