Vice Rector, Research Responsibility - Tampereen yliopisto - Tampere, Finland

The Vice Rector for Research at Tampere University is responsible for leading the university's research activities and their strategic development. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree and professorship, have broad experience of academic environments, knowledge of research funding and science policy, leadership experience, understanding of research infrastructures and ecosystems, international research experience, networking skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. Preferred qualities include strategic thinking and experience in university community development.
