Job Description
LUT University is seeking a versatile HR specialist to develop workplace wellbeing and work ability through data analytics. The role involves supporting managers in wellbeing, work ability, equality, and diversity issues, analyzing personnel data, and developing data utilization practices. The position is based in Lahti or Lappeenranta, with a hybrid work model. The weekly hours are 36 hours and 15 minutes, with flexible working hours.
