Job Description

As Internal Logistics Manager you will have responsibility for internal material handling flow and for leading the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement. You will have ownership of the internal logistics fleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks), including maintenance, contracts, optimization, costs, and user competence. You will be responsible for material handling and daily picking operations, automation and the continuous development of systems (AGV-s). Further, you will have close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate material flow and stock management. You have a data-driven approach to performance management through KPIs, root cause analysis and continuous operational improvement. Accountability for departmental budgeting, procurement, and overall cost and resource efficiency. You have a forward-looking leadership role in developing material handling processes, productivity, 5S, housekeeping, and a positive, safe working environment.
