Job Description
Korn Ferry is partnering with a globally recognised leader in the media and advertising industry to build a new RPO solution supporting one of the world's leading media organisations in Australia. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, owning end-to-end recruitment, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering exceptional talent outcomes across ANZ. The candidate will partner directly with senior stakeholders, drive recruitment strategies, influence hiring through market insights, build talent pipelines, and help design recruitment processes from day one. The ideal candidate has proven end-to-end recruitment experience in media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors, with strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills. This is a unique opportunity to shape recruitment in a fast-paced, creative environment.
