Recruiter for Deloitte Student Recruitment – 15 Month Temporary Position - Deloitte Oy - Remote - Global

We welcome a recruiter to our team for a temporary position from August 2026 to November 2027. As a recruiter, you will be part of Deloitte’s HR department, which consists of 30 employees, including a Talent Acquisition team of 10. Your role involves recruiting junior roles, mainly recent graduates such as economists, engineers, system scientists, and lawyers for our business areas. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, including creating requirement profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, feedback, and initiating background checks. You will also plan your upcoming recruitment processes and proactively use tailored strategies to succeed. You are expected to report status and results regularly to your partners. Additionally, you will develop recruitment materials, improve processes, and contribute to the team’s development. Building internal and external relationships, participating in career fairs, events, and building pipelines are also part of your role, along with search activities.
