We are looking for personal assistants for on-call work in Ylihärmä, Mehiläinen Kotipalvelut. The tasks include assisting clients with daily chores such as household care, shopping, and hobbies outside the home. The work is relaxed and allows you to concretely improve the client’s daily life. The supervisor is the client or their authorized person, and the employer is Mehiläinen. We mainly seek employees for weekday shifts based on client needs, considering your preferences and aiming to find long-term, familiar clients. No prior experience is required as attitude is what matters. We value reliability and long-term commitment. Applicants must be of legal age, speak Finnish at least B1 level, be trustworthy, proactive, and friendly with a customer-oriented attitude. During the recruitment process, a criminal record extract for working with the elderly and disabled must be provided. The pay is €12.79–€14.06 per hour, with additional bonuses for evenings (+15%), nights (+40%), Saturdays (+25%), Sundays (+100%), and a 9% holiday pay.
