We provide high-quality training and continuous coaching to ensure your success. The role of a Customer Acquisition Specialist is structured to be clear and meaningful. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to advance into sales supervisory roles. As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on new and previous customers of our carefully selected partners. You will act as the voice of the represented company's brand in new customer acquisition and attend to previous customers with tailored campaign offers. Customer registers are targeted, meaning you always know who you are calling and why. In your work, you will play a significant role in growing the business of well-known companies. Job targets increase along with your learning. Most importantly for us is that you are a person with a positive attitude and perseverance, with enough passion and motivation to develop, even into positions of responsibility. We value a background in customer service or sales. Basic computer skills should be natural to you, and we require fluent Finnish language skills and the ability to learn new things quickly. Our working days are normally weekdays 8:45-16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and 3 coffee breaks. Our office is located in the city center with good transport connections. A guaranteed salary serves as your security. However, thanks to commissions and bonuses, you can expect your salary to be approximately €2,000/month after the first month, and through development, €3,000-4,000/month. Additionally, we have ongoing competitions for foreign trips, events, bonuses, and gift cards. You will learn to calculate your salary accumulation based on your successes, but we will also review it together weekly. Our team is equipped with great energy and a shared spirit.
