Our client company provides property maintenance services safely and efficiently in the Pirkanmaa region. We are now looking for a PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to join our client's team in Pirkanmaa. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for planning workdays and tasks, scheduling, instructing employees, and supporting practical work at sites. If necessary, you will also participate in property maintenance tasks yourself. The job includes communication with clients, employees, and other stakeholders, ensuring that scheduled work is completed safely, with quality, and on time. Success in this role requires good organizational skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to stay in control even in busy situations. We hope you have an understanding of property maintenance or experience in construction or infrastructure tasks. Previous experience in supervision, team leadership, or property maintenance is considered an advantage. The job requires a valid occupational safety card, a B driver's license, and having your own car facilitates commuting. We offer a versatile and responsible role in property maintenance.
